My name is Sarah Robertson and I am the creator and lead practitioner at Bump Club. I have over 15 years experience in the fitness industry and have worked with Mums for most of that time. I have never learned more than when I became a mum myself to our beautiful daughters. I have completed several pregnancy and postnatal related qualifications and have an undergraduate degree in nutrition and a sports science masters.

Bump Club is a series of pre and postnatal exercise classes where you can learn about exercising safely and effectively before, during and after your pregnancy.
“I have worked with many clients over the years, helping them to improve their health and wellbeing. However a main passion of mine has always been working with new and expectant Mum’s. It’s such an exciting time in a woman’s life and to be involved in any way is an honour. After having my two beautiful daughters, I was eager to help Mums to stay active before, during and after their pregnancy in a class environment where there is lots of support not only from me but from the rest of the class.”
