All classes are delivered in Edinburgh.

Bump Club is a series of pre and postnatal exercise classes where you can learn about exercising safely and effectively before, during and after your pregnancy.

Mum and Bump Classes

Our Mum and Bump classes are designed to keep you and your bump fit and healthy. Each class will incorporate some cardio and strength exercises and most definitely not forgetting the core and pelvic floor.

Mum and Baby Classes

Our Mum and Baby classes are relaxed, fun classes where Mum can train and baby can play. What better way to introduce your baby to a healthy lifestyle? These classes are designed to help you get back to fitness without having to worry about childcare. The class will include cardio and strength exercises with a focus on returning the core and pelvic floor muscles to full strength.

Online

Mum and Baby Classes

Bump Club is going online!  We will be offering some online classes that will mean we can see you and therefore can teach and coach you.  These will be small classes to ensure you are well looked after and generally they will be body weight focussed, but they can be tailored depending on what kit you have in the house.  You will have the ability to see each other in the class so it will hopefully feel like a fun place to workout.  These classes are designed for anyone that is pregnant, recently had a baby or in fact had a baby in the last 99 years.
