"An amazing class for new mums - Sarah is a fantastic instructor who brings fun back into working out after having a baby! Lots of options for those getting back into fitness and for those ready to take it up a gear. The classes are designed for working out safely while your body is recovering from being pregnant and having a baby! And your baby has fun too playing with their new pals :) would highly recommend!"

She’s very knowledgeable within her field, a great motivator and is always up for a laugh while she gives us our workout. This class livens up our Wednesday morning and sets us up for the day...despite all the burpees!"

"I love the bump club classes - the mum and baby ones were a highlight of my maternity leave, felt so good to do proper exercise again! very easy to take your baby along and still feel like you worked hard. I've been doing Sarah's online classes while pregnant during covid lockdown and they really are such a saviour at this surreal time. Sarah's knowledge and expertise allows this to work really well even though it's all online, and she takes time to know what works for the participants if you have any issues that need a little of her guidance when exercising. I'm looking forward to hopefully going to her classes in person again when baby number 2 is here thanks again Sarah!"
